Heliflex Engineering & Services Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial hose assembly manufacturer and supplier based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. We began in 1948 as a small trading business, started our own manufacturing and assembly facility in 1988, and have grown steadily since.
We added a new facility in 2014, a precision component vertical in 2019, and an expanded Energy Division in 2025. Today we design, manufacture, test and supply hydraulic hose assemblies, braided, spiral and reinforced hoses, and coupled hose assemblies in reinforced rubber, stainless steel (SS), PTFE (Teflon), thermoplastic and polyurethane. These assemblies are built to convey fluids reliably in hydraulic, pneumatic and high-pressure systems, from low pressure to ultra-high pressure.
As an authorised Parker Hannifin and Gates API partner, we supply hydraulic hoses, oil and gas hoses, hydraulic crimp fittings, industrial hose fittings, SAE flanges, quick couplings, ball valves, hose accessories (fire sleeves, spring guards, flex guards) and food-grade hoses. We also work with Ingersoll Rand, Danfoss, Victaulic, 3M and Masterflex.
