TVC Melting Chamber

Heliflex provides Gates high-pressure rotary drilling, vibrator, and mud delivery hoses designed to meet API 7K FSL 1 and FSL 2 standards. Built in continuous lengths up to 62 meters with fully crimped assemblies, these hoses offer excellent flexibility, pressure ratings up to 7,500 psi, and bore sizes up to 40, making them ideal for rotary drilling, mud, and well service applications.

Recommended For : Flexible connection between standpipe and top drive/swivel or between pump and standpipe for pumping mud at extra high pressure in oil drilling and exploration work. Meets the severe demands of today's drilling methods including directional drilling, pressure pulses and elevated temperatures.
Temperature : Temperature Range II: 120 °C to +100 °C (14 °F to +212 °F)
Construction : TUBE: NBR Black Rubber and HNBR Black Rubber (Only for 31 & 3.51 Grade D FSL 1 Hoses)
REINFORCEMENT: High strength steel cords and rubberized textile plies
COVER: PCR Black Synthetic rubber consisting of chloroprene rubber which is an anti-flaming, wear resistant, ozone ageing and ultraviolet light resistant material applicable to marine environments.
Couplings : Crimp Couplings. Contact Gates E&S for a full range of fitting options such as hammer unions, flanges, hubs, etc.
Packaging : Finished assemblies are packaged in heavy-duty wooden crates or pallets. Heat Treated packaging available upon request for an additional fee.
Options : Accessories such as safety clamps, hose lift eyes and stainless steel armor are available upon request. Test certificates are shipped with every order. Coupling material traceability, letters of conformance and 3rd party witness tests are available for an additional fee.
Standards : API Spec 7K FSL 1 & FSL 2.
